Pollock Fillets, Water, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Canola Oil, Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Yellow Corn Flour, Modified Palm Oil, Sugar, Baking Powder, Whey Powder (Milk), Soy Protein Isolate, Salt, Onion Powder, Spices

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (218°C) for 8 minutes, flip, then cook 7 more minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C).
