Made from our premium natural Haddock fillets, trimmed by hand and coated in Alexander Keith’s Beer Batter, these Janes Beer Battered Haddock fillets are flaky, have a nice, golden colour and crispy texture.

Ingredients

Haddock fillets, Wheat flour, Water, Canola oil, Beer (barley), Corn starch, Yellow corn flour, Modified palm oil, Sugar, Baking powder, Whey powder (milk), Soy protein isolate, Salt, Onion powder, Spices, Spice extracts.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, flip, then cook 10 to 15 more minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C).
