Oven: Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (218°C) for 13 minutes, flip, then cook 12 more minutes.
Pan fry: Preheat frying pan and fry for 10 minutes on low-medium heat, flip, fry for extra 10 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (191°C) cook for 6 minutes, flip, then cook 6 more minutes.
COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F (72°C)
