Janes English Style Fish Fillet Bahn Mi

For a new twist on a classic Vietnamese Bahn Mi sandwich, start with Janes English Style Fish Fillets with cucumbers, herbs and  pickled veggies.  Then spice it up with some jalapeno peppers and Sriracha mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • Janes English Style Fish Fillets
  • Sriracha Mayo
  • Pickled Vegetables
  • Jalapeno
  • Cucumber
  • Classic Kaiser Roll

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F (218°C) and bake English Style Fish Fillets for 15 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10 to 15 minutes
  2. To assemble the bahn mi sandwich, spread the bottom half of the bread with Sriracha mayonnaise, add Janes English Style Fish Fillets, pickled vegetables, jalapeno pepper, cucumber and cilantro leaves and top with the other half of the bread roll
