Haddock fillets, Wheat flour, Water, Canola oil, Beer (barley), Corn starch, Yellow corn flour, Modified palm oil, Sugar, Baking powder, Whey powder (milk), Soy protein isolate, Sunflower oil, Salt, Yeast, Onion powder, Spices, Spice extracts.
Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (218°C) for 10 minutes, flip, then cook 10 to 15 more minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C).
