Pollock, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Canola Oil, Water, Rice Starch, Wheat Flour, Modified Corn Starch, Corn Starch, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Pea Fibre, Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Soy Protein Isolate, Spices and Spice Extract

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, flip, then cook 15 more minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C).
