Ingredients

Pollock Fillets, Water, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Potato Chips (Potatoes, Canola and/or Sunflower Oil), Canola Oil, Corn Starch, Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Sugar, Sea Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Vinegar Powder (Corn Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Vinegar), Wheat Gluten, Salt, Baking Powder, Wheat Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Malic Acid, Guar Gum, Malt Vinegar (Barley), Spices and Spice Extracts, Flavour. May contain soy.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (218°C) for 15 minutes, flip, then cook 10 more minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C).
